Plus Assistant is a Windows utility provided by MDM.Plus. It can display basic device information, restart or erase a device, and attempt a backup-and-restore workflow after the lawful device administrator has removed supervision and the device meets the documented requirements.
The workflow can retain only data that the operating system permits to be backed up. Results depend on the iOS version, device condition, available storage, backup encryption, application data-protection rules, and iCloud synchronization. Users should make a separate backup of photos, contacts, messages, and other important data before starting.
The operator must own the device, be its lawful user, or have explicit authorization from the device administrator. The administrator must first remove supervision and related restrictions, and the operator must verify the supported device model and system version.
Do not disconnect the cable, turn off the computer, or force-restart the device while an operation is in progress. Stop repeated attempts and contact support if an error occurs.
