Statement on a Recent Abnormal-Access Incident and Security Reinforcement
In late July 2025, MDM.Plus detected abnormal access activity involving selected accounts and initiated its security-response process. The company reviewed relevant accounts, access logs, authentication controls, and permissions, and completed password resets, vulnerability remediation, and security-policy reinforcement.
Based on the internal review completed as of the publication date, the company found no evidence that core device-control data had been accessed without authorization or exported in bulk. The review remains ongoing, and affected customers will be updated if later findings materially change this assessment.
